Heh. Yeah. I seriously don't understand how my post count got so high. I was involved in a couple of... conversations that really raised it a lot. One being the whole Wes Collective thing. I've also been drawn into several useless debates in religion. I've mellowed out somewhat lately, but still it slowly creeps up. I don't understand how people can post so little to tell you the truth.

And, I don't think that there is an excessive amount of worthless posting in my history either. Surely there is some, in free thoughts and about the members. Also, I tend to feel that most of my posts in the religious forum while intelligent and thoughtful (at least not lame one liners. :P) are basically worthless just because the conversations in there are just a means of banging one's head into the wall.

What I should do is set a strict standard on myself for a month or two. No more than five posts a day. Make them count. Maybe that'll bring me down to some type of normalcy.

But, it will never bring me to par with posters such as youself. My god, man!! How do you do it?

Actually, I haven't posted in the religious section in a couple of months. And, my post count has been going down as I have stopped posting in there. :p

My count was 10 or so per day until the Wes Collective, then it jumped up to like 14 or 15. Then a few rabid arguments in religion pushed it up past 20. Now it decreases slowly but surely.

Plus, I usually can't help making a comment or two in some of the frivolous threads. So that doesn't help matters. Plus helping the clueless wipe out adware on their pc's.

It adds up quick.

Like I said, I should make a concerted effort to limit myself to a max of 5 posts a day for a couple of months. Skip the frivolous threads... like this one. :eek:


Edit: Hell, I remember Unsound was breaking 100 posts per day during the whole wes thing. But his count wasn't that high because he had signed up so long before. :p

As far as I know I did sign on to discuss something. So I was actually writing as soon as my account was acknowledged.

And look at me now, I will hit 3000 posts in the near future.

Only 3800 to go for me right now... If I keep posting at the rate that I am now (2.18) then I will reach 5000 posts in 1743 days.

I think it will be sonner because I now post a lot more than 2.18 per day.

The original 3 word story was in free thought. They closed that thread because it didn't fit the serious nature of the forum and it encouraged the spread of inane comments and oneliners, and similar simian behaviour.

The 3word thread in the cesspool was started later in the cesspool when you could still post threads there, if I am not mistaken.
