Sambuca is a sweet aniseed flavoured liquer, traditionally served in a small liquer glass filled to the brim with a single coffee bean in it and flaming until it warms up a bit. Delicious after some spicy Italian food, but too much of it makes you aggressive towards trees.

I assume you were a little drunk.

I love Sambuca, it's my favorite booze. Never heard of it being served on fire though. I like all the anise and licorice flavored liqueurs. Southern Comfort, "43", ouzo, etc. But Sambuca is best.

Yep , Tabla , that´s it ..... it is soooooooo good ....... actually the traditional italian glasses are NOT exactly small ...
there is even another way to serve it ,where you drink it - and the waiter lights it in your mouth !!!
