Create an Anime section. Anime is allowed in scifi, and there's a sticky of an anime thread there - but it's so common there that it needs it. Move SciFi, Arts & Culture, and Anime into a Sub category of its own.

I think anything that's taking up as much space as anime/manga/cartoons are in the sci-fi forum should get their own arena. But that's me.
