I recently attempted to upload a zip file (containing a free eBook I wished to share) as an attachment in a new thread. File siza is 148 KB, within permitted limits;according to the attachment manager screen, zip files are permitted. However, every time I tried, the upload failed. :(

The images can't be uploaded to the server, however you can use image sharing sites like photobucket to house the image. Be warned though that such sites might have limitations on how large a file is and how much bandwidth you will have available.

Back some time ago I did an image test with a server that had 10Gb bandwidth per month, This is going back when we had Signatures but all the bandwidth would be used up about 20 days into the month, meaning my images wouldn't show.
