Rather obviously, a bridge that old would be very far under the ground (beneth the ocean floor) and certainly invisible to any view from space. It would require very deep archeological digging.

As far as the photograph, it's called a cloud...

You can actually see the sand built up either side of the bridge, under water. Same as the sands in the shallows in other parts of the picture.
