I am just wondering why the hell the clubs at D.C. require ID ?I went to this stupid Coyote Ugly club with a single top dance floor with flop crowd whatsoever and they were like checking for IDs?! I mean come on!

well, here, where I live, some years ago police used to check clubs and bars for underages. If they found some, these clubs and bars got assphucked. And as they are selling alcohol, it would be kind of hard for barman to check IDīs.

Every club I have ever been to checks your ID. I've been to a couple in DC and Baltimore, it's like that everywhere in the US. Only my German friends are surprised about it when they come here.

At here in NJ, i went to something called webster hall, there's not much checking and crowd is cool too...music hot...thats the reason i was surprised when we were asked for something like DL. I gave him an ID (made for 30$) that states your Age clearly and not my DL...

In Finland they only check your ID if they think you are too young. Obviously I never get checked.

In Australia if your licence is expired, even thought you are over age with a photo on it, wont let you in.

In some cities, police randomly invade nightclub strips with dogs and tactic forces are sniff and search everyone in the venue for drugs. Apparently the whole dance floor was full of drugs after the cops raided the place. heheh
