I think Dr Lou Natic deserves an honourary thread on sciforums. He might be considered to be a blunt tool, but I haven't heard more original statements and ideas from anyone else on this forum since he joined.

In fact I can remember that I nominated him for something already quite quickly since he arrived.

In short, he has been an original contributor to sciforums.

Maybe we should start collecting here some historical quotations.

ps.
(Unfortunately it seems that the mob is passing him over for a position as a moderator and are going for a safe choice. That is understandable since stryder has been an excellent moderator of the computer forum, but it is still a shame. Dr Lou might just be what a subforum needs on sciforums.)

How dare you!

... oh wait... thanks :)

Don't feel too bad about me not landing that moderator position, I don't even particularly want pseudoscience, I'm just looking for that first step towards my ultimate goal of taking over sciforums and ruling it like a cruel dictator.

cruel dictator.

A cruel dictator is the only way to be a real dictator.

Yes, thank you for being original and contributing good arguments and ideas to sciforums, Dr Lou.

About moderators: I think there'll be another election for a mod in Arts & Culture. At least I think there should be. Congrats hasn't been around in a while. And, if that doesn't work; bring up the point that many of the sub-forums here don't have moderators.

I noticed now that on avarage I have more threads with a post in it in the 'about the Members' subforum than in any other subforum.

I care more about the members than about the science nowadays.

that is sad...
