Here we will extrapolate the personalities of members from their posts.

I will start.

1: duendy. He has no PC, he posts from a settop box on his tv. He also believes in the illuminati and other conspiraacies. What can we deduce from this?

2. Communist hamster:

Has a PC in his bedroom. he likes to fondle it once in a while and whisper sweet words to it. Other interesting items in his possession are a collection of rodent cages. All painted red.
He gets very cross with any rodent when they bite through any cables connected to his computer. In that particular case he has to use swear words. later in bed he hopes that nobody heard those words, especially baby jesus.
CH likes mowing the lawn on saturday if he had one. After he mowed the lawn he goes and gets all his rodents and lets them run cheerfully on the lawn. He gets very cross with any of his rodent friends when they try to run away, because it is impossible for him to conceive that they would like to be anywhere else than in his red cages.
Ch likes to party. He doesn't like partying alone. He prefers a good anarchist nihilist party where only icecold vodka is served.
When CH is not taking care of his socialists rodent friends he likes to hang around or travel a bit. He avoids capitalist holiday resorts and instead mixes with the locals and likes to sing with them their favourite socialist tunes. Those parties go on till deep into the night and sometimes continue on the very next day..

(how right was I?)

about 50% right. I do have a PC in my room, but its not connected to teh intarweb (and I don't fondle it. Ugh). I use this PC for teh intarweb. Strangely enough I do have red hamster cages. Actually I'd say that you were about 70% right.

Spuriousmonkey is scientific. He is jaded, drunk and throws poop. He's probably really mellow, though he should be cutting people with broken bottles. His living in Brazilia should land him lots of hot Brazilian chicks. I assume SM knows his way abou tthe worldly world. He's also something of a polyglot.

Roman is originally from Alaska. He enjoys masturbation, drinking, and general hedonism.

While his native habitat is the cold arctic wilderness, Roman can also be found in the lab, experimenting with the effects of alcohol consumption on innocent animals. Here are some recent exploits:

I've honestly always been curious what people think of me based on my posts here.
On the net in general, but especially at this place in particular where I have struck up very few "social" (for lack of a better work) connections and kept is pretty much strictly disconnected from myself personally.
I am not fishing here for comments here. Really. Just musing.

I can see that this is all just silly fun, and reading people's silly cracks on me is not what I would be looking for anyway.
Plus, I always doubt people's sincerity when they know you are listening, anyway (I'd much prefer to be a fly on the proverbial wall, than anything).

I am the same way in life. I don't really "care" what people think of me -in that I would never change who I am based on anyone's opinon of me, and I do not work to impress anyone but myself- but I would still love to know.

Your avatar scares me!
But I'm trying to be like a good Buddhist and not be attached to my fear and dislike to your avatar, and not let that attachment interfere with my reading of your posts.

You're probably a nice guy, but your avatar -- well ...

Everyone on here shares something in common. A love for debate and chucking ideas around and wrestling with those ideas. Very healthy in my opinion and such a good use of the technology available to us in our time. No matter how heated it gets, I bet everyone, if they met up would get on really well. Probably need to meet up in a paintball arena though :)
