Now that we have the bones of his brother...
LET THE DNA TESTING BEGIN

Genealogists are thrilled.

Be the first on your block to see if you are related to Jesus!

Jerry Falwell claims a genetic match but is careful to note he is only 1/1,000,000th Jewish and inherited most of his genes from the "God" side of his family.

A church in Minnesota, Our Lady of Perpetual Virginity, changes its name to The Church of Perpetual Maternity.

The Arab that stole the ossuary (bone box) full of the bones 15 years ago and sold it to an Israeli Jew wants a bigger cut of the action. He calls for an ossutada.

The current owner of the bones is rebuffed by the Vatican so he goes to the highest bidder and sells them to the 700 Club. Pat Robertson is doing quite well selling the "Brother's Keeper" necklace that has a microgram of Jame's Bones in an attractive glass bead at the foot of a genuine gold plated cross.

Were those common names at the time?

Note: None of the three big monotheistic religions (christianity, islam, or judism) deny the existance of Christ though the story of his life differs with each.

yes, they were.

i read an article on this stating that in Jesus' home-town at that time in history there probably would have been at least 200 people using that same name: Jesus.
