Discrimination is an ACTION.

Racism is a mentality / Value/ emotion. Good luck making that illegal(or if you do, prosecuting it).

Free Speech means saying whatever the fuck you want. Simple as that. As long as you are not proven to incite a crowd or another person to violence(AN ACTION), it's ok....still.... I think.

'Incite a crowd'? Why not? What happened to free speech... You are allowed to say 'whatever the fuck you want'..:shrug:

Free speech is free speech is free speech is free speech. THERE IS NO MIDDLE GROUND. If you have free speech, you have complete freedom of expression without being censord or opressed because of what is being expressed. That does mean racism. I am against racism in every way possible BUT it is not MY right nor anybody elses (including the governments) to define, prevent, or censor racist expression.
