Has any one ever heard that Gene Roddenberry had read a copy of the Alien Blue Bible? That is supposedly being passed from person to person? It is suppose to contain the true creation story and both the aliens' & humans' purpose in this universe. It is sometimes referred to as the 'blue book', but as you can tell, it's not the USAF's 'Blue Book'. I was in a discount store, when I heard a radio talk show mention this, over the store's muszac. Any info on this?

What I had heard, was that actual 'outerspace aliens' had given this 'bible' to humans, so that we would know what was our destiny, etc...
Both these books have the same name, like the US Air Force report on UFO's, also called "Blue Book".

By the way, I'm not sure that aliens exist, but if there was a way to prove it, well cool!!!
I'm not sure though why aliens would leave crop circles, cattle mutilations, hybrid babies or need human guinea pigs for??? I mean they are supposed to be more advanced than us, right?

I am interested in any influences that Gene may have gotten though, like from 'Uranta', etc.. for his vision of the future?

They had one hell of a time translating it ... turned out to be a cookbook, "How to Serve Humans"

Just wish the above was original - Can't remember when or where ... Maybe a 'Twilight Zone' episode.

Oh well. ;)

The only blue colored person I know is in Hindu mythology regarding Krishna, who is supposed to be divine origin similar in power level to Greek God Zeus.

Who knows, may be Krishna was an alien too with ability to do stuff that looked like a God to the simple people back then.

If we ever reach the 25th century with same or more advanced technology of Star Trek, then who knows, we could be considered Gods to a planet inhabited by an agarian society too.

As a member of bluealien.org, and one of the four original "Prophets of the Blue Alien," I can assure you, we're not a cult nor any type of religious organisation. If there is a book about blue aliens and it has anything to do with what's on our "Ancient Teachings" page, it's purely coincidental. The page is just a joke, it's just used as a theme for the site, which if you read the rest of the sight you can see that is the only reference except a link on the mainpage where we think it's funny we got linked here, which we do. :D We get weird e-mail. Heh, the others will probably be upset I told you... we like the attention.

Wasn't that a Halloween episode of the Simpsons where the aliens came down and took the Simpsons up in their ship and they kept wiping off the book. At first it was Cooking Humans, then they blew on it and it was Cooking for Humans, then it was something like Cooking for Family: Humans or something... it went on a while and Lisa was sure they were trying to eat them.

That was a parody of the original Twilight episode.

Actually Krishna was a human being.
Not blue.

He was supposedly one of the incarnations of Lord Vishnu.

I think you are thinking of Lord Shiva-The Destroyer, maybe.

I know it is an old thread but I thought seeing as I was looking for the books name and I came upon this thread I would provide some information, albeit late.

The name of the book is the Urantia Book

Here is a link to their site

I can't post links until I have 20 posts or more so here is the address in text format.

Does it matter? Gene was an athiest, he didn't believe in Yahweh or any god.

If you want to know how Gene came up with his vision of the future, read The Making of Star Trek by Stephen E. Whitfield and Gene Roddenberry.
