Right, this may seem pretty anal, but I have no idea of how to change weapons. I can't activate the attachments, throw nades or use my hand gun. The tutorial was crap, and the manual is next to useless.
A little help
changing weapins was with the 1 2 etc.

Mental redardation = Redstorm built Ghost Recon on the same engine as the original Rainbow 6 (all of the Rainbow 6 games followed that, Eagle Watch, Rogue Spear, Urban Ops, Covert Ops, Black Thorn, and it still continues). They did of course change it some, but it is still the same engine *yuck* That's one of the things that made RS a crappy realistic doom clone compared to the likes of SWAT 3, Delta Force, DoD, Spec Ops. Though I am sure a ton of games have come out, one shot kill army style games. No more flying around on jetpacks holding huge laser guns with health kits below you, like Quake.
The Rainbow 6 series are ok/decent games, I said ok, not good. One of the main flaws is the engine.
What exactly is wrong with the game engine? I have always found it rather nice :)

Low number of polygons used, choppy anmiations, objects stick through walls, no jumping, the 3rd person view just winds up exploiting the maps. Plus the AI is terrible (compare it to SWAT 3 and you'll be amazed).
I also don't like most of the game sound effects, and the system moving reticle system (aiming cross hair).
I figured it out in the end. It was the ` Button
but it is still the same engine
The Trees, THE TREES
Its a good game but the soldiers look too fat
