Iran lauds 'very good meeting' with IAEA chief (http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/1,7340,L-3845084,00.html)
Iranian foreign minister sounds positive, but says Tehran insists on determining amount of fuel to be exchanged under deal with West
And fair enough as well as Iran as the last time Iran did a swap, they never got their fuel rods back.

Brian, that article is from 02.06.10, i.e. 4-5 days old. There have been other developments since then, such as Iran's foreign minister acting like a "special needs" person, Iran's huge provocation of beginning the advanced enrichment of uranium to 20% from the previous 3.5%, and Russia and China warming up to the possibility of sanctions, in public.
Iran's foreign minister's performance from 02.06.10 was a big charade of lies and garbage.

Iran's huge provocation of beginning the advanced enrichment of uranium to 20% from the previous 3.5%
Funny in this thread some days ago US says Iran should send nuclear offer to IAEA (http://www.sciforums.com/showthread.php?t=99348), Iran agreed to a swap.

That was one of the several conflicting announcements they had made ... have been making for the past 7+ years in fact.

IAEA suggests Iran's new enrichment modest (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100210/ap_on_re_eu/eu_iran_nuclear)
VIENNA – A confidential document from the U.N. nuclear agency says that Iran is only using a fraction of its capacities to enrich its uranium stockpile to higher levels.
The document, shared with The Associated Press, says that only 164 enriching centrifuges are being used. And it says that only five kilograms — 11 pounds — of low-enriched uranium has been selected for the initial effort to enrich to 20 percent.
So Iran is truthful.

So Iran is truthful.
Foley, apparently you have no clue what Iran is trying to do. Lying, cheating and stalling are ALL they know how to do!
