Ok, seeing as though its mainly pollux and counslercoffee that have a 'disapproval' of my taste in movies I thought I'd make a thread in Sci-fi. I invite them to say why, who, when, hell, just say whatever you want.

Thor, I can understand your hatred for these movies. You obviously just have bad taste in cinema. At least from my perspective you do. I really like the movies that make you think. so what, its got a bunch of special effects. BUT you got a lot to think about and analyze. Yes, the special effects are meant to draw in idiots, but the plot is for people like me who like to question reality and whats real.
