Even a big good natured dog has to learn things the hard way sometimes.:D

squirrels are vicious little animals. Pound for pound they may even be more vicious than a badger . I seen them go ape shit more than once . I seen a lot of badgers doing shit but crawl in there holes and hide

Well I'm not sure I'd ever think a squirrel could be more vicious than a (bad)ger, but pound for pound a male squirrel probably has the biggest balls of any animal.:D

Mockingbirds are two ounces of "I can kick your a$$!" during nesting season.
They are outrageously aggressive little critters.

It says in that article they will just pull your hair, but I've heard of head pecking too.
I once saw a mocker land on the back of a gliding hawk and start pulling feathers.
They also attack cats, which is hysterically funny to watch...the cat walks a little ways, only to get bomb-dived by this little feathered terror, and again, and cats always look so...comically baffled by this.

Well it's no wonder the birds have an attitude.
