After an all too brief holiday in the outer regions, where one starts to think, "Things are ok, maybe not so bad, after all we all have problems, people should try to get along", and stuff like that; or even, "Maybe there is hope for me and the rest of humanity?"

Then I come back for another look, and it's kind of refreshing to realise, nope, we're screwed.
