Prince wins diary privacy battle
The Prince of Wales has won a legal battle stopping the publication of his Hong Kong diary, but must go to trial to stop seven others being published.
The Mail on Sunday is to appeal the decision regarding the Hong Kong diary.
It was a matter of principle over a stolen document being made public
The prince took action after the newspaper published 1997 diary extracts about the Hong Kong handover - entitled The Handover of Hong Kong or The Great Chinese Takeaway - in which he referred to the Chinese hierarchy as "appalling old waxworks".
*******
"The Great Chinese Takeaway - in which he referred to the Chinese hierarchy as "appalling old waxworks".
Is he not saying the truth they are appalling old waxworks, well the guy certainly has a good sense of humour, "The Great Chinese Takeaway" even funnier.
The chinese government is a disgrace & a joke, what he said is what most think of this evil dictatorship government.
Apart from anything else they were his private diaries, i am sick to death of powder puff butlers & upper class private secretaries selling everthing from the royal silverware to private diaries, why dont they just be make up artists in hollywood, and leave our royalty alone.
Jail them send them to the tower of london & hang them by there goolies.
