Love him or hate him, he made a mark on our world and on American art. American artist Thomas Kinkade died last Friday at his home, aged 54 years young.

Rest in Peace Thomas Kinkade, 'painter of light'.

Died of a drug overdose. I think that explains a lot. His paintings look just like things would look if I were on Valium and booze.

I have a velvet painting of Elvis much better than that. It was the classic in Tijuana. The others available were John Lennon and Elvis.

Still looking for the dogs playing cards one.

Valium and alcohol indeed. Good way to buy the farm accidentally. Whoops. :o
