Have you ever just been sitting in a room and figured out that you are you. I know it doesn't make any sense, but maybe someone will understand. Try this- say your name to yourself, and then look in the mirror and say it to yourself. you start to feel that you have total control of you. This is very hard to explain and I know I sound crazy but if anyone can relate, please reply.
