I am peeved. Last night at a new years eve party
we played trivial persuit and people got rowdy.
the boys were loud. so i was loud too.
and then got bitched out for being out of control
or whatever. But I wasn't any louder than the boys!!!
the other girls were all demure and quiet.

Did you explain this to them, and point out how dumb they all are?

actually, the unfortunate thing was, i didn't realize any of this
until later.
I went away thinking, why have I been labeled a terror,
and I thought back and said to myself,
hey, none of the other girls were making any noise!
maybe that is why I felt like a terror! it wasn't
until this morning that I realized it wasn't having as much
to do with me as just general sexist attitudes.

Perhaps next time you should have a tape recorder in your pocket, record their behaviour, and play it to them when they complain. It might be good for them to hear it, so they realise what they are saying.

Three things:

1. You was loud like the boys because you was encompassing Jenna Bush gallonwise with alcohol on New Years Eve.

2. You were upset because the boys complained about you giving lousy blowjobs during sex-trivia, also you screamed like a pig when they tossed your salad, the other girls took it in quiet dick-nity.

3. You post this in the wrong forum, purposely acting like a dumb bitch, because secretely you enjoy being insulted, so actually i am doing you a service right now. Come play trivia at my attic when you do Europe , I have some nice devices and attachments to make a well behaved slave out of you..

How much more "proof" or "confirmation" of male sexism do you need? Or was it just you being just being a tiny bit of a pesky girl after all on New Year Eve? ;)

What does it have to do with sexism in general then? Every woman is called a dumb bitch at times, just as every man will be called a motherfucker at times. I wouldn't want to feed all those women who are actually sexists.

Nobody is anybody's slave. It is up to you to act it. By earning respect. If they don't respect you for what you are, well, screw 'em... (you may take that in a double meaning if you like :) )

I agree with banshe and the others, its not sexism at all, just because a man treats a woman unfairly, does't make it sexism. Thats like saying if a white person hits a black person its raceism. Maybe you didnt notice you were being so loud. If there was drinks involved, well than they were just acting like jerks. Thats why you should swich to :m: or Saliva wile its still legal. Damn congress wants to take that away from us.
