I know this topic has probably been discussed already, but I'm new here and am in need of some answers.
I have two questions:

1: Do smart drugs, such as Piracetam and Hydergine, really work or are they simply produced by profit companies relying on the placebo effect?

2: Does anyone know the legal status of these drugs in New Zealand? ( i.e. Do I need a prescription to order them? )

Any info would be much appreciated.
