I watched Space and ST:TOS when they were BOTH on first run.
Could have been MUCH worse. Wasn't much Sci Fi on television then.
Could have been Lost in Space AFTER the first five episodes.

What about Project UFO, not U.F.O, but Yufo

What's ST: TOS? I thought it was star trek...but I've never heard of TOS. Lets see...there's original, next gen, ds9, voyager, and enterprise. What else is there??

TOS = The Original Series

TOS is awsome, I think, but Next Generation will always be my favorite. I really wish I could have seen the finale to Voyager but I don't....get the channel it plays on. It's really the only channel I don't get, actually, which is kind of funny...

Patrick Stewart is the coolest. Brent Spiner is awesome too.

The original series was so terrible

OH so terrible. But man do I like it. That's the appeal I think, like B-movies.

I was hooked when it was on BBC2 every Monday and Friday

Past history -- it all happened in the early 1980s.

Of course, Space 1999 is now past history as well.

It's getting to the point where Star Trek is the only thing that discusses specific dates in the future any more. Of course, even some of it's predictions are now past history (like the Eugenics Wars of the late 1990s that led to Khan).

When I watched Space 1999 in the Seventies it was actually quite good, but unfortunately time hasn't been kind to it. As for the flares and music, well, it WAS the Seventies! :D

Pollux V,
voyager's ending... didn't miss much.

"We're home..."
'What?'
"We're home!"
'Oh... well you had better start the music and start rolling the credits?'  :(

anyway back on subject... 1999, their ships (i think eagles?) were pretty cool for there day. just the model that is, please, not the way they flew or weapons or anything, just the look.

flares? i thought they were sparklers :D
