I'd suggest it's currently one of the only versions that has some publicity, as the ones that actually are currently in use are under "Secrecy Acts".

The mind-reading computer was able to tell which of the three seven second film clips the volunteers were thinking of. The article doesn't say how many volunteers were in the test group and the success rate was 45%. Is that impressive or random?
