Er, the fact that it's defined as a war crime by the geneva convention very explicitly, without any form of exception or extenuation?

Mind you, this isn't the first time that the US has done this since the invasion of Iraq. You'd think they didn't respect the Geneva Convention or something :rolleyes:

Sometimes (not often) the media shows clips of US forces raiding homes at night. I often think of the “terrified” look in children’s eyes as they cling to their mothers. The look of panic, fear, and terror as the soldiers storm into the house is just heart wrenching.

You also got to remeber that these kids are also in the middle of a lot of Anti-American feeling so combined with these raids they are going to grow up with a slightly negative opinon of America and any American controled puppet regeime they grow up into and here goes the cycle all over again.

The US is doing what Israel does get achieve "results", they get the results alright. Suicide bombings, 9/11, car bombings, assignations, and a restless young Iraqi population with no future. Those are the conditions that Arabs in the Levant live in, no future. In Iraq it's no peaceful future. They are living in a land occupied by the most arrogant bunch of chicken hawks ever conceived. American soldiers are dying for...? Freedom, is obviously not on the list of Iraq now is it? I mean the Iraqi's didn't get to choose if the US could invade... now could they? They couldn't decide who got what contracts... they are liable to clean up the environmental damage done these massive corporations. They are dealing with a nation that has no regard for the basic principle for a organization she made up... the UN. It's funny the US would have lambasted the Iraqi's for doing the exact same thing they are doing today. Invading houses, and scaring innocent women and children, tying up males. Arresting ppl who have no crimes committed against them. Yes this is the America that we all don't learn about from Fox or CNN.

Now the Iraqi know what it feels like for a Palestinian living in occupation.

The motivation of the evil-doers is beyond the comprehention of chickenhawks and superiour american military.

When the western media show "terrorists" or "ME Propoganda" where people are calling America Criminals and Terrorists most people seem to just shrug it off as backwards notions from backwards region.

If only that were the truth, these people seem to have a very real reason for feeling the way they do making it a very real hatred, and that has a way of sticking and festering until you get radical terrorists, as long as things keep going they way they are and the "West" keeps feeding this hatred this situations never really going to change.
