I get happiness when I am able to accomplish something extra ordinaryly good or usefull.
I get sad when people become a hindrance in achieving thoes accomplishments.
And what about U ?

VARIATIONS in the chemistry of my hypothalimus.....
if i think about sad stuff for more than 5 minutes... it causes my hypothalimus to change its chemistry into sad mode.
and likewise i have proven to myself.
then when sad... that, by thinking happy.. acting happy and thinking as if i was happy.. does literally cause my hypothalimus to ajust its chemistry to match my thinking and so.... i become happy again.
it works... try it.

I'm happiest in a domestic scene. We moved around a lot when I was a kid (no reason, dad just got tired of being in one town for too long), so the notion of "home" never really sank in. A house was just, as George Carlin said, "a place for my stuff". It's so odd for me to be with someone who actually had a house they grew up in, but I like the stability. Those of you who have spent your lives pretty much in the same place may find it boring, but for me there's a security that's been missing in my life when I can call a place home and mean something more than a roof and four walls.
What makes me saddest is when someone I give a damn about needs help and I'm not able to provide it. That ranks right up there with acts of wanton cruelty.

Coffee and "good" Ska music makes me happy. the coffee itself doesn't have to be good or great, just of moderate quality, and stronger brew. Also, winning a rugby game or just nailing someone with a good hard tackle.
Really weak coffee and bad/fake ska makes me sad. Bad or Fake ska is Ska music that isn't ska but is labelled as ska, like No Doubt music. They are not a Ska band, they incorpporate some ska techniques in some of their songs, but they aren't ska. They're more of a pop band.
I don't usually get sad though, I'm usually just Happy, content, or angry.
I get happy and sad at the same time, I stare out of the window, and see nothing but sky, endless sky, there are no people, and I feel happiness that noone will bother me or look at me a certain way, I feel happiness because I can imagine myself flying amongst clouds free of other people. I also feel very sad because I am always alone, and there is noone with me. But inside its warm, and outside it is cold, I can see the wind outside carrying snow with it, and I feel happy and sad at the same time.
