It's pretty easy to find valid reasons though since terms like "innapropriate" and "offensive" are so subjective and open for interpretation.

I got an infraction for commenting that half the people on this forum are morons. I think it was a mod with a sense of humor :)

It wasn't given by a mod. He does have a sense of humour though. Maybe you got it for not being specific enough.
