I asked for this sub-forum ages ago, yes my man boobs touch the floor when I run now im so obese.

No but seriously Im not in good form at the moment I train roughly 6 hours a week only now. Im really slacking on my iron conditioning and martial arts lately. I barely lift heavy weights more than twice a week now for short periods.

Im getting lazy and right off track.
