To the left an up above posts ther are 2 buttons that say "Quote"... the 1 to the right will turn red when clicked on... what is the purpose of it turnin red.???

That button is for multi-quoting.

For example, if you click that button on 3 different posts then hit "Post reply", all 3 posts will be quoted in your reply. It's red when a post is selected for quoting.

Whats that litte button (wit an arrow on it) for... its jus to the right of the quote button that turns red.???

oK... it woudnt while ago... but now when i click on that "arrow" button it takes me to "quick reply".... but what is a reason you woud use quick-reply insted of the "quote" button.???

i've never even used it. i sometimes use quick replyl at the bottom lol.

If you don't want to quote another post, and you don't want to load the full post editor page to reply.

Quotes only turn red if they are acidic.
Alkaline quotes turn blue.

I guess thats what people somtimes do when they jus post a sentence or 2... but by doin that... somtimes it ant clear what ther talkin about or who ther talkin to.!!!

BTW---I had a practical use of the "red-qoute" buttons while ago an its very helpful... cause now i dont have to search aroun an cc&p thangs i wanted to include in my replys.!!!
