No, they don't compare the people. It shows martial arts and self-defense techniques, analyze the force, physics and damage...it also analyze the person. That is the basic gist, but there is much more to it. It id a lot better and definitely a lot more real then deadliest warriors. It is more about science.

It showed a Israeli Special Forces Commando beat up a pro with a knife, while blindfolded. He also beat up two guys with guns ( one is pressed to his back and the other was at point blank of his head )
