You really have to play it to know it, and trust me you'll die a lot at first, I did, but it is sooo fun when you get better. You have a summoner's level but that doesn't really make a difference because you play against people your level and if you have skill, you can kick a level 30 (level cap's) ass, and it doesn't take long to level.

srry man, I was playing League :D, LoL is a MOBA game, check it out, there is no grinding involved
