Do something different. If you are not physically active, go get a workout.. that sort of thing.

That was aired on Fox last year wasn't it? Didn't do too well in the Emmys if I remember correctly. Still, all 36 episodes are being sold in DVD format.

There's lots of things you can do to make yourself fall asleep every day at a decent hour:
    Excercise.
    Change your eating habits.
Keep the room dark. (no flickering TV)
    Look forward to dreaming.
    Have sex.

That last one really is true. It's funny, after orgasming through masturbation, I often feel more energetic however, after having sex, I really can't do anything except sleep. Somehow your body knows when it's the real deal!

Anxiety affects sleep. Don't take your worries to bed.

Get on a regular sleep cycle, should take about 2 weeks of going to bed and waking up at the same time.

My friend had the same problem a while back. He got a hold of some amphetamines and skipped sleep for about four or five days. You could try that.......of course if you get addicted to it like he did, you're SOL. But hey, there's always rehab. =D

The longest I've EVER gone without sleep was missing one whole night after one New Years Eve party. I waited until the next night to sleep so as not to disturb my normal rhythm

have a hard workout everyday, you will sleep like a baby if you do alot of physical and mental training throughout the course of the day,

the other day i was dreaming i was in a martial arts competition, i took a low stance and then sprung up and kicked the opponent twice, then i woke up to a loud shout and i just noticed i actualy kicked my wife in the back twice while she was sitting up on the side of the bed.

Do not eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed. Some nights everyone have a hard time getting to sleep so if it only happens ocasionally don't worry about it but if it persists then see a doctor about it and he may perscribe sleeping pills.
