That is what I have been saying through this whole thread. Not that brain size has no affect on a creature's abillity to become intelligent. Perhaps one person has to try a little harder, so what? That doesn't mean anything.

AND any person's need to try harder is genetically dependent upon parental heritability, not race.
Kofi Annan's children, given the same mother, might be genetically predisposed to be more intelligent than your children.
That doesn't mean anything if you teach them well.
Perhaps kofi annan was genetically predispositioned to be less intelligent than you, and was simply put in a position where his brain had to be worked with problems you never had to deal with, problems so complex and multi-levelled, they forced his brain to create itself.
Perhaps if you started thinking about the complex, many layered aspects of this issue your brain would adapt too.

Similarly, if you're a genius and a mob man hits you in the head with a baseball bat, it would likely have adverse effects on your cognitive ability. But those things usually don't happen. Just because IQ is not always highly heritable does not mean brain size is not important, or that smart people tend to have large noggins. Nope.

I'm only agreeing with scientists who find that smarter people generally have larger brains.
