I'd like to revive a quadrennial idea - why not a coalition candidacy? My suugestion: Ron Paul as the nominal president, with Dennis Kucinich as VP. If they are successful, let them swap for 2012.

Maybe you don't like either one or both of these guys. Anyone care to propose another D/R pairing in the executive branch that might start to break down the either/or nature of American politics?

It would never work. Ron Paul's views on things besides the war are completely opposite to Kucinich.

because republicans are lame to make any other nicknames for their enemies.

The idea of having the second place candidate be the vice president is a very real solution to governming our country. Though it is less a solution if the president is a democrat given most democrats are socialists, it would lend some credibility to conspiracy kooks. Any decision could not be a partisan conspiracy, as the vice would have some influence in the decision.

However, to ask this question on pure ideology alone shows a lack of understanding Paul by the original poster. As spider said (my Lord what is the world coming to when I agree with with an 8 legged goat), outside of the war, and that is for different reasons than Kucinich, Paul and Kucinich are polar opposites. It would not and could not ever work.

Because she panders, like a dog, to both sides, instead of being consistent to the supposedly liberal views of the Democratic Party.

When, in reality, the Dems aren't liberal. They're jackasses who've betrayed true liberalism, to centrism.

    hillary who?

Ms. Dragon, I implore you to discuss the matter with a second source. The Clinton Cabal has as devious a history as has ever lounged in the White House.

Does a spoken description of a Clinton "health plan" contain elements of parameters that might allow us poor old boys sufficient material as analyzable?

Her Hubby made statements shortly after his first election stating [paraphrasing] that 'the US Constitution was a radical document' and that when people abused their freedoms their rights must be "reeled in". Slick Willy took a very cavlier attitude regarding his sworn oath to support the Constitution. Ask Hillary if she approved of Willy's characterization of the Constitution.

Willy was a dope smoking draft dodger that never acted like one. When suggested by a Surgeon General that the criminal sanctions and safety issues of marijuana be merely and simply "discussed" she was answered by Willy thus, "This is not an issue" -- end of conversation. What does Hillary think about this attitude of Hubby: Agree or Disagree? or does familial bonding [AKA family loyalty issues ] prevent any criticism of the former Pres, and are NAtional interests of secondary importance?

Ask her and then ask yourself, "Just what do you know about her?" Can you separate what you know from, "what you believe", or "What you want Hillary to believe, or you "opinion."?

Is Hillary presetly serving the Nation as a US Senator, or as a candidate for Pres?

Everything I say is my opinion.

I would love to see Clinton as a president because of my sympathies to the Clintons. I also know that Clinton is against war with Iraq and that is what I seek.

So how effective is Hullary in changing anything regarding the war. I can say I am against the war myself, but what does that prove? Most elected officials indicate reluctance to the war, yet none are effective in altering the policy. The war goes on. Hillary wouldn't take the office until January of 2009. Can you wait that long simply because she says she is against the war, and so are you?

Apologize regarding the g substitution for the q.
