I am not excusing his behaviour, he is permabanned. But you are no better.

I do not give infractions outside my forums, I do not ban members except spambots, unless it is a temporary ban and they accrue final points in my forum.

There is a button called an ignore button, it prevents you from seeing posts. There is also a mouse click button to access a thread and a keyboard to type posts. Guess what? All under your own control.
