Guess what, I'm not, and I know of what I speak. It is amazing what you can do if you go low profile. Journalists, don't go low profile, they run around in trucks marked Journalists/TV, with a entourage, along with the cameras and the lighting kind of gives them away to.
So we're advancing US interests... It's working... Things are looking up... but keep a very low profile if you want to mingle with the natives. Uh-huh. I remember when unarmed, unprotected USAmericans were truly welcome in Iraq, and we felt that way. Funny what an unprovoked war can do. On to Iran! (not).
History says you're wrong. Remember Reagan won 49 states in the election of 88. Allot of Democrats crossed over. So now it's time for the Repubs to return the favor for oncePlease Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Not what the polls show, Hillary supporters, and those, Regan Democrats, that Obama insulted with: They have long memories, all the way to November.
He's also a complete non-factor. No one listens to Buchanan, no matter how wrong or right he is on an issue.
McCain is behind in the polls. As of today, he's losing the election. And you have a habit of twisting the facts. He didn't say they were losers, or they do *stupid things* Here's his actual statement. http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensm...own_PA_Clinging_religion_guns_xenophobia.html Hence, he didn't say loser, or stupid, as you implied.
Not in Iraq, not the real journalists - who are the ones getting killed. Do you really believe the journalists getting killed in Iraq were running around in trucks with signs on them and stuff ? He keeps saying and doing very silly things and hires corrupt confederates, and and your local news reports them accurately as very silly things and corrupt confederates, and eventually the pattern emerges. That requires reasonable news reporting, of course. They ared going to remember the professional liars' lies about what Obama said all the way to November ? I wouldn't count on that. You're going to have to repeat them a lot, to make them stick.
McCain is one of those guys who believes that you got to always 'be tough' and dig in the heals, etc. Unfortunately that is only a positive when 'the cause' is a noble one worth taking a stand. Today he stated that he didn't care how long american troops would be in Iraq. They then interviewed a wife of a soldier who went ballistic at the comment...her husband was on his third tour and neither he or the family could withstand a fourth. McCain never understands that real people are the ones who have to put on the boots. The USA needs to fix a broken foreign policy and image that is in the gutter. McCain is not the man for that role at this time. I'd like to see Obama as President, Hillary as VP and Bill used as an ambassador at large to do some much needed fence mending.
We can do better than encouraging political dynasties. Real change won't happen until the present political class is ushered out.

Dream on, I was a democrat, and the party left me, guess what Obama's statement will cost him in November, those same middle class people that he denigrated, are going to remember, in November, and realize that the Democratic party left them.
The word I am hearing, is that there may be a chance for a McCain/Clinton ticket this fall.................
Ya sure... as reliable as your other tall tales...we've learned to get a good laugh out of your credibility on this forum. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
I saw him argue, passionately argue, the other night on some show that the British did not have to fight the Nazis in the 1930s. He went on to blame the downfall of Western Civilization on the war, which forced Britain to give up its empire. It was riveting trash...
Mind if I laugh with you? :roflmao: Buffalo if you believe that it time for the old folks home my man!
Heh, since when does Buchanan not passionately argue? It's a shame because the premise behind his book sounds interesting, and there might be some decent scholarly work behind it... but Buchanan's presentation (loud, rambling, arrogant, as always) makes it a very hard sell. It's the same with practically everything that comes out of his mouth. This would be a completely suicidal move for the Republicans and I doubt anyone sane is considering it.
Like I said in the other thread, liberals have no sence of humor, kheerist, take the wade out of your panties.
