Amazing then that there are patterns in the mistakes they make and in the very specific reading problems they have. Further that they tend to have other characteristics in common.

Normally i'd say that most of you fuckers should not be insulting other peoples spelling when you yourselves are worthless. However Asguard deserves it; he continually comes across as a retard with downs syndrome. People who can't be bothered to use decent spelling in their posts are not worth reading, not to mention the content of his posts is appalling. Even his name is a misspelling of assguard.

I'm the same. If there are too many misspellings, I can't even read the post.

A lot of people seem to think that poor spelling is a sign of a lack of intelligence. I don't agree with that, but I do think that not using a spell checker is a sure sign of laziness.

    Oh?

I could argue that there are others who come across as worse. But i certainly wouldn't target or label them as being pathetic retards.

I wonder what someone with your brains then, gets from ridiculing retards?

There is probably other articles as well, but they don't really interest me. I thought I'd just add a little something to the thread.

I don't know whether dyslexia is real, or whether it is not, and is just an excuse for poor readers and writers. Neither do I care.

I agree completely that it is over-diagnosed, and frankly somewhat of a "hype".
But I really do think the condition exists..

    Oh well.. lol

The condition certainly exists. It exists in the family of delayed speach, something which is invariant under autism.

Agreed. and really, it's not unreasonable, if you hear someone say 'heterosexual' with an American drawl so they pronounce it as 'hedrosexual', to assume it is spelled that way.

You are the only one that has shown compensated respect for asguard, apart from me.

What will it take for people round here to accept that laughing at someone elses respect is wrong? I would love God to inflict these problems onto people inflicting offense onto them. Then would they be quick to respond, or even spell it correctly?

I've have just read to this friend, and he has a form of dyslexia. And he appalled that one of you even mentioned the fact of relatingf someone with down-syndrome, to something like this>>>

I can even inform you all, that this is pure racist attack, that you cannot relate such disabilities to dyslexia alone, and i call a ban for three on this specific idiot.

I know someone with Down's syndrome, and he writes very much like Asguard.

Do you know what racist means?
A clue can be found in the pronunciation.

Wait a fucking second mate. Are you saying that people who can't spell, are necesserily down syndrome?

And yes. Racist can even mean, according to Scottish rules, by saying something like, AS SIMPLE AS, ''You're gay.''

If that means as subtle as it is, it can certainly mean racism.

I am sometimes embarrassed coming to this forum because it has a moderator like him.

No. Just because a dog is an animal, doesn't mean all animals are dogs.
I'm guessing in the rest of the world racism means the same as in England.
Prejudice or discrimination because of race.

Well then, it was a displaced anology, from your behalf. Why mention someone with down syndrome, that cannot spell correctly, becuase, this is obviously a falsified example.
