First of all, more than six U.S. soldiers were killed in September. Of course, the soldiers who died outside of Iraq (in German hospitals, for example) were not included in the monthly death toll.

Second of all, it's not surprising that unarmed Iraqi civilians would die more frequently than well-armed American soldiers in combat vehicles and tanks. When a bomber attempts to kill even a single enemy soldier in public, for example, he has to risk killing the civilians within the area as well. This is simply the inextricable nature of such a war.

Still not doing body counts on the airstrikes or the out of town stuff - but they're back in fashion otherwise. No breakdown by age, sex, etc.

ice if you care to read the citation they cover all actions across Iraq, they include air strikes and all actions that take place in Iraq.

This is a Anti War site and no friend to the administration, and doesn't serve their purpose not to report such actions.

They even track Journalist Deaths in Iraq:

what is your point? What was the military/civilian makeup in your numbers, Or must we assume that the Iraqi dead were all militants?

The Iraqi dead are mostly civilians killed by Muslims on Jihad, a Jihad to drive the Americans out of Iraq, and The Muslims on Jihad are killing far more Iraqis, in the name of defending the Ummah and driving the Invaders out than they are killing Invaders.

Only 6 out of 16 attacks even killed any Americans, and then only 7 Americans versus 317 Iraqis, that's 45 to one for September, and Islam is suppose to be a religion of Peace defending the Ummah, and the Iraqis from the invaders?

Some defence, with defenders like that Iraq need to figure out who the real enemy is?

    buffalo,

    how goes it?

you know the shit which is going down in Iraq is not a religoous war, regardless of what various fucktards want to call it..

It is a political/economic war end of story..

the fuckin shit eaters who plan these operations dont give a shit who they kill, its has nothing to do with the "ummah" whatever thats meant to mean nowadays.

    Going good Zak,

and yes I know it isn't a religious war, they are killing too many of their own, but their rhetoric, is wrapped in the Quran and the call for protecting the Ummah from the Invader Infidel.

Those who call for the suicide bombers in the name of Islam, are no different that Hitler, they are cynical bastards, who use the religious zeal of those they hold sway over, to their own cynical purpose.

But still there is a large religious component in the Jihad as it is practiced in Islam today, it is in the Fact that any action is considered as Shaheed, as long as it is on Jihad, and the Large Component of Islam's Hierarchy who preaches such fact, and the large component who view those, who do such acts as Shaheed, and don't condemn these acts, and those who commit such acts, reference SAM, Challenger78, chuuush, Kadack, Hypewaders, pjdude1219, and joepistole.

They use the moral equivalency defence, rather than just condemn the act, and those who have committed the act.

So it still ends up that Islam is becoming what they want not what Islam is.

It still means that Islam, because of the built in commandment that:

    1. "Thou Shall Not Criticize Fellow Muslims, or Question Any Action in the Name of Ummah, Quran, Islam, Mohammad, and Allah."

The thing that changed Catholic Religion, which was just as BAD as the Islamic Religion, was the Protestant Christian, My fore Fathers questioned the Theology of the Catholic Religion, and like many in Islam who are doing the same, were labeled as Heretic, and Apostate, and they paid for the change they forced in the Catholic Church with Their Lives and their Families Lives, but they didn't let the Catholic Hierarchy continue the corruption of the Message of Jesus.

I defend none of those from my side who commit act contrary to Law, when they are found guilty of such acts.

But it isn't Christians who are committing Suicide Bombing.

As a fact, Christians across the board condemn any act of Violence, by the Apostate Sect's of our religion.

    Way wrong.

Over One Million Iraqi Deaths Caused by US Occupation

    http://www.projectcensored.org/top-...million-iraqi-deaths-caused-by-us-occupation/

You can f@#k around with semantics all you like. The fact remains if the US did not illegally invade the sovereign nation of Iraq, there would not be anything NEAR this level of casualties. Eat it.

Even Lancet didn't come up with a Million, you are the one fucking around with the numbers and semantics, can you prove their methodology? can they?

Or as usual with a Liberal Group, is it a WAG.

Sorry to burst your bubble, Saddam didn't live up to the United Nations Security Council Resolution 687, the Cease Fire.

    It is out lined on pg.5 Article 8, section's, .a .b,.....Article 9, Section's, Section's .a .b, subsections .i, .ii, .iii, ..............Article 13.

Saddam didn't comply with the terms or the spirit of the Cease Fire, and didn't complete the documentation and proof of Disarmament under U.N. inspection.

He never provided the documentation or allowed the documentation of his supposed disarmament.

So under the terms of the Cease Fire it was legal to go into Iraq with the force necessary to confirm the Disarmament of Iraq under Saddam.

Iraq is not bound to supply any documents to the US, which is a country with biological, nuclear and chemical weapons that it both uses and supplies to the world Morever, it is a country that believes in torturing civilian prisoners. Clearly not having ANY QUALIFICATIONS to tell Iraq what it should do.

Yeah well a dead U.S soldier costs 2 mil, when all is said and done. So that means 6X2=12 mill.

I'm pretty sure even 1000 iraqi lives isn't worth that and since this is a really just an economic war. U.S is losing.

Yes SAM, it is all the U.S.'s fault.

Saddam signed the Cease Fire, it was brokered under U.N. auspices, and the Parties were the U.S., Kuwait, the members of the Coalition, and Iraq.

Iraq was bound under the Cease Fire, a Formal Treaty to do just that, to stop military action against Iraq in 1991.

Everything else you bring up as obfuscation has no bearing on Saddam's and Iraq's obligation to live up to the Terms of the Cease Fire Agreement, U.N.S.C.R. 687, that they signed in 1991.

Yet another example of a Muslim who thought that He was the Chosen of God, and didn't have to Honor His word to a Infidel.

al-Taqiyya and Hypocrisy, Saddam was doing both.

    Bingo!!!

    There’s the strawman.

I’m not sure which is worse – that someone can be so disingenuous as to actually argue that ridiculous strawman, or that some people are so ignorant that they actually buy into it.
