I have a sore spot when it comes to kids you know. I hate to see any kid burned alive, esp over something as ridiculous as this.

Yes, I noticed how you protested in the thread where the Americans had gangraped and burned and shot a 14 year old then shot her 5 year old sister. As well in the thread where we discussed where the UK judge let off the rapist of an 11 year old with a light sentence because she was dressed provocatively. Not to mention the threads where we discussed the IDF shooting rubber bullets into kids eyes and breaking off the wrists and ankles of four year olds. Or when they shot the school girl 17 times in the chest on her way to school.

I am not defending what that ass hole did, I am simply pointing out a fact that there are thousands of women and children killed by hindus int he name of low cast or religion but not a single so called champion of humanity in sciforums cares about it, only because muslims are not involved. Thats it. Simple.. these days it is not a NEWS if some how muslims are not involved. :m:

Not true, I hate seeing anything like this happen to any kid. The other night on the news here this kid 14 was stabbed on his way home in broad daylight. He called 911 on his cell, but died while he was on the phone before they got there. They still haven't found who did it. They said he was a good kid that was never in trouble at school or with the police. It always makes me think if something like that happened to my own kids, I would lose it.

 

I mean the news like this have no meaning to any of the "concern" people here onloy because there is no Islam, or muslims are mentioned in it.

I agree shorty. I totally agree with you but I also fully admit that illiterate and ignorant or extremists muslims are fully blamed for this kind of behaviour and there is no place for them in any religion.

 

I don't know if you can compare burns over %90 of the body to a case of butt-hurt, the latter will clear up in a week or 2.
And I've never heard of uncles shooting their neices in the chest for wearing lipstick.
Seriously, there's something especially sinister about pouring kerosene on a little girl and setting her alight, and I think you're glossing over it which is pretty shitty.

No its actually based off the belief that fire purifies everything; its a Hindu/Buddhist belief that is exploited by people who want to get rid of extra mouths they cannot afford to feed. So widows, children, the elderly are frequently purified and got rid off in that manner. The alternative is that they could be sold into prostitution or move to some other place to get away from poverty, where they could be treated shabbily by ignorant racists.

 

Maybe burning just doesn't have the same excruciating affect on indians that it has on other people? It might just be mildly unpleasant, so if you know an indian person and you're a little unhappy with what they're wearing or talking about or whatever, just set them on fire to give them a little piece of your mind.
