A world-first discovery contained within the hypothesis explains the way in which Mars' poles were inverted following an incoming impact, and how the geology on the surface of Mars provides irrefutable evidence of the way in which Mars was tipped over completely.

So, iaee, what exactly is this idea of yours, and why do you think its good? You've spent, I don't know, 5 years on it. One would think you would be more than eagar to share all the DETAILS right away, instead of posting vague references to google or other search engines...

 

The Earth had a massive impact which fractured the crust, so giving us tectonic plates and forming the Moon. It gave Earth an inclination of just over 23 degrees.

Mars is half the diameter so would have cooled much quicker. An impact which spun it around could have shattered the planet. Even had it survived, it could not have recovered completely and we would easily detect evidence of it.

You know, when taking time to compile something that I came to realise will become instantly unpopular within established (!) science, and then recognising and acknowledging that what has been discovered is actually huge, I had no choice but to then make it available.

To imagine that I would spend so many years and expense (while researchers etc have received substantial salaries in the meantime) and not attempt to recoup my finances by freely distributing the information is, quite frankly ludicrous.

The immature responses made here are no surprise to me. I have seen your collective input elsewhere on this amazingly biased series of forums. In summary, if you don't like what you read the clarion call of "mods - remove this" goes out ..and they more often than not do so, appearing to pander to the wishes of long-term members at the cost of new, often radical, yet plausible proposals.

It must be really gratifying to be a bully that cannot be confronted in person. Even worse, you operate in groups. How cowardly, and how unscientific.

SciForums? I'm sorry, but science is about new ideas, exploring them and THEN proving or disproving the proposal. Science should certainly not be about knee-jerk childish retort, unless it is submitted by individuals incapable of anything else.

No self-respecting researcher (paid or otherwise) would hesitate for a moment to discuss some of the actual details of his/her discovery - in nothing else, to spur interest in those who might buy the book.

Your "proposal" is pure nonsense right on the face of it. While the geological record of the Earth has some minor discrepancies, for the most part it it quite complete and perfectly logical - AND stands in direct opposition to your ludicrous claims.

You really would have been FAR better off if you had spent some the time you wasted on this "project" studying some actual Earth science/geology.
