Perhaps the larrikin could invent a less provocative name, and confine himself to nouns of greater than four letters. (Hint)

England have lost a wicket already.

Some people are complaining that the first test is being held in Wales.

A bit rich given that the "England" team has always had Welsh players.

The first test is on a slow pitch, and it looks like it will become increasingly slow as time goes on.
    Excitement mounts.

    ??
decipher is pronounced with an "f"?
    i thought it's with a p+h sound..like when you prolong "pehleaaase"..
see you can even learn from a sockpuppet..they aren't that useless after all..
you can also learn from misspellings

how do the other sentences prove that it is a fact? (let alone always)
where is the logical steps you've taken to prove such claim and label it as a "fact"?
or do we just call whatever we like facts?
to show you the illogicness of your claim..if you claim that you not having sockpuppets is a fact.. i claim the opposite is fact too..didn't bother to add meaningless sentences though..
you didn't prove it incorrect, leaving you being a liar a possible scenario..

and in case you didn't have sockpppets it still doesn't extend to prove you are not a liar..a liar could tell the truth sometimes..which is usually a lie undiscovered.

and even if you were not a liar..i did not call you that..that was your own assumption and conclusion..i never said such a word or even hinted it.

KABOOM..NOOOO!! oli YOUR ARMS ARE FLYING!!..should i fetch them for you??
well well well..oli never asks questions..he knows everything..and in case he never knew something he would "look it up" or "research" it before asking..yet why does he ask what a proxy site is? which is really self explanatory..well oli though that by wondering out loud what a crucial part in his diabolic plan is actually is..he though he'd act innocent..people would dismiss the whole thing saying "but he doesn't even know what a proxy site is!".. and he would chuckle evilly under his breath..

no, the complexion doesn't stop there..he even wanted to remove all doubt by demonstrating that not only him, but others don't know what a proxy site is..so he contacted enmos to act along with him..also wondering aloud what a proxy site is..

now..the simple fact that you asked a question of misknowledge has only the explenation i have..and one will not attempt to elude the public and cover up his trail unless he has something to hide..reaching to the suspect oli being found guilty of charge upon the introduction of hard evidence by scifes..and so, he will go to jail for life..(no need for one with a wide door as i've deflated his head already)

(a proxy site is an anonymous web server, like http://ausproxy.com.au/)

ha ha..james has banned his OWN sockpuppet!!

well of course he should otherwise he would be suspicious..

    It's a fact because it's true.
I'm better placed than you to know whether or not I use sock puppets.

In which case you're not only a liar but an idiot also.
You have no evidence that I have ever had a sock puppet.

On the contrary, after I stated that I didn't use sockpuppets you wrote that it was a "fact" that I did. I.e. directly contradicting my statement, thereby calling me a liar. Whether the word itself was used or not is irrelevant, it remains that you claim it's a fact that I do something I have stated I do not do.
So either present your supposed evidence or apologise.

Because he has no clue what a proxy site is or how to use one.

I was wondering...what the hell is "burnt bail" anyway...and why is Oli choking on it?

Is he choking on money used to get someone out of jail? Geez...if your going to make a deragatory username..it should at least make sense...like "OliChokesOnLittleMac"

    :roflmao:
    it's a fact because it's true..
    and it's true because it's a fact..
    meaning it's a fact because it's a fact..lol, what did i tell you?

if anyone ever had a problem with understanding circular reasoning here's your chance..
yeah..usually people know more about themselves..which isn't the issue here.

it's just that sometimes people don't convey everything they know as it is..lying isn't the only explanation to that..
what sockpuppets? the one you assumed i was talking about in post #2?

lol, in which case, who's the idiot?

    this^^^^^
    doesn't logically conclude this
    I
    I
    V
crazy people do that too, and they're not liars..
    DEBUNKED!
i just showed that there is no need to show evidence for something that is non-existant(me calling you a liar and you being a sockpuppet)..your turn now......well not to show evidence, as there is nothing left to show evidence for..um..you know..the second option you listed..

i hereby have the honor of handing oliver a PhD in losing.....let's hear it for him..

I explained that in an earlier post: the Ashes (a cricket trophy) are the ashes of a cricket bail (the bit that goes across the top of the stumps) from a famous match.
The Ashes are competed for in England vs. Oz matches.

    Derogatory?
Nah, I have an avowed dislike of cricket and an ongoing "hate" relationship with Aussies ('cos it's funny and they do have a sense of humour: actually never met an Aussie I disliked, love 'em all).

    Congratulations scifes.
You are now the only person on my ignore list.
And will remain so until either:
    A) you provide valid evidence to support your argument (thereby proving me a liar) or
    B) make a public apology for calling me a liar.

I don't like idiots and I have even less tolerance for liars that impute dishonesty to me.

again i apologize for all this..just goes to prove how bad i am in internet communication:wallbang:

Not once did I use a smiley. That should have been a clue.
Sockpuppetry is NOT something I would use and or need.
    Okay, you're forgiven.

Well those links are about all I know of cricket (despite having gone through senior school having to play the damn game every summer).
Oh, and I retain some names of playing positions.
Have YOU ever been a "silly mid off"?
Most Englishmen have at some time in their lives

Still it's all good fun when it's your turn to get the racquet and score a goal.

I don't even know the basic rules of the game. All I know it's kinda like baseball. It's pretty much non-existant in Texas, except for at some fancy dancy private school or something.

We like real sports...like rednecks driving in a circle, makin' nothin' but left turns.

I think the rules are that you dress in white, stand around getting sunburnt for an hour (the umpire is required to wear everyone's sweater at the time), throw a ball at the guy 22 yards away (or hit the ball thrown at you, depending on whether you're at bat or bowling), or stand around hoping like hell that extremely hard hard ball doesn't come towards you 'cos it hurts like fuck when it hits and you're fielding. Then you can run (or not) if you hit the ball - sometimes you don't need to and you're credited with runs anyway. And about three hours later you can "declare" which means you're a gentleman and you're giving the other team a chance to hit the ball.
Then you all push off to the pavilion (which is ALWAYS at least a three mile walk from the pitch) for a cup of tea and cucumber sandwiches. And then the Australians laugh at you for a year or so.
Oh! I nearly forgot: the MOST interesting bit of cricket is the part called "Rain stopped play" - that can go on for days.

No, that would be "rounders" - played by infant school kids and girls

Texas... Texas... Hmmm, remind me again.
Oh yeah, somewhere in the former colonies.
Full of giant oily cows or something?
J R Ewing is the king (or was before he was assassinated by aliens in the shower). Him and queen Swellen?

I suppose you have to do something about the all the oil from the cows. Burning it is as good as anything.

yes they got a draw, sad to see england sink to the sort of dirty play that they have constantly bitched about with the under arm bowl years ago.

    New gloves after 1 over?
who called the physio and why?

its a pity the umpires couldnt have delt with the unsportsmen like time wasting, maybe australia would have won or maybe it still would have been a draw but at least it would have been a FAIR result

    Yes, unsportsmanlike.

England needed to slow the match down to avoid extra overs, sure, but all that was needed was for the batsmen to take their time, not start a pantomime.
Slowing the game down, is also, technically, gamesmanship, but it is a part of the modern game, much as rolling around the ground in agony after a minor tackle is a part of current football.

I don't particularly like either of those practises either, but they are part of the sports as they stand.
