Time to me needs motion to exist leaving it abstract on its own merits.

    Motion requires time.
What evidence do you have that time requires motion?

Evidence? Time is related to the expansion of space. I have no math to back it up. Do have any evidence to the contrary?

I'm sorry but I pretty much had to create an account just to respond to this one here. The first three spatial dimensions are height, width, and depth (interchangeable with terms such as length) while time has traditionally been seen as the 4th dimension. There is some debate as to whether to simply do away with the classification of time as a dimension in order to make way for various higher spatial dimensions in its place but time nonetheless has traditionally been seen as a dimension in physics. Time exists, more precisely the property of spacetime, which relativity made way for over a century ago, has been proven to exist. The presence of matter warps spacetime to varying extremes. To travel near the speed of light or even at a significant speed at all also dilates time to varying extremes. That was also measured almost a century ago. At this point we might as well debate whether gravity exists. No one is being philosophical or deep by claiming that a basic property in modern physics does not exist.

I believe that the universe is still. Time and motion, as we understand it, do not exist.

A concise answer regarding the existence of time. Time exists because what we call past and future do not exist. We use past to refer to an event that has happened or sequence of all events that has happened leading to right now. Therefore past is not something that exists because what exists is the present. The future is used to refer to an event that will happen so this event does not exist.

everything exists as a concept in our minds and on paper. What we physically turn it into determines what it becomes for the future whether it exists in words, on paper, or is purely tangible.

nothing exists as a whole in unification. time is a construct man made for man which is why it has been integrated into space. all laws that govern small particles into motion govern planets into motion. our current problem is tapping into the forces in space and matter that make time a more relative subject.

Person invents the first 'real' time machine from associating the motion of a coffee bean in a cup. Claims stating he can travel up to (c) however is visualized as traveling faster by (a). Here it is: Model Ray Technology

cool..i have a time machine in my twisty bulb...lol...
i know its a stretch but think about it....

the video was all premise, conjecture, and theory..if you were a scientist and invented such a thing, you would send a particle to the moment you turned it on.
i am NO expert in particle physics, so i will ask if it is possible to direct a particle to a circular motion from a square influence?

ive seen him and his theory before..its all the same, no new info..
