Because Middle East is growing significantly economically and is now a growing commerce center. Also the fact that middle east have large abundances of oil. Not to mention the growing political tensions there. Osama Bin Laden, Al Queda, and the Taliban also help.

Canada..And It isn't going to stop soon Canada has the Proved 2nd largestretrievable Oil resources in the world, and we have it set up so that for many years yet as The USA oil lowers Production ours increases to match it
and that is only a third of what is there 100 150 years of oil I am sure we will be able to retrieve the second third, and oh that far In the future the USA's oil shale will probably be feasible

And were about to become a huge suppler for China. while supplying the USA.

So you guys all need to smarten up, and Calm down, or else you will be left to rot, because North America sure as hell don't need you if shit hits the fan.
