You have a coat, pants, shirt, underpants, and possibly a hat on when you stay warm. Stay outside naked for an hour when its 20 degrees out see how you do.
I would do well until my body could not keep up with the low temperature. How about naked at 60 degrees? Would the body stay at 98? If so why?

Are you really this stupid? Heat moves from a higher temperature location to a lower one, until it's equalised. You would still lose heat, but at a slower rate than if you were at 20 degrees.
The heat produced by the chemical reactions in your body keep you warm. The act of shivering is an attempt by your body to work your muscles to produce more of that heat. By moving your muscles you burn fuel which gives off heat as a waste product.
So you're not bothered about A) answering my last question B) explaining why I'm "wrong" (and I'm not) C) your original question?
