Also can people be given animal attributes such as centaurs and cow features.

I did hear/see on TV of one case where a person was born with legs that seem like early stage tail as in a Mermaid. Just as they say seals, dolphins and whales were once land animals and they have evolved back into the sea living creatures it could also be possible for a human off-branch to do the same given enough time.

When you look at a centaur it becomes a bit more difficult to imagine, for I thought it though once before and considered the anatomical workings of the horse gut and the amount of grass they consume it would be at an evolutionary disadvantage to have a human head through which to pass the food.

    Sure. Why not?
So long as you can find a fishtail large enough, or a woman small enough, and stop the bleeding when you remove their legs and fuse the two parts together.

    I once made a pigeon-rat, and crossed a toaster with a raccoon.

I managed to turn myself into a seal.
When I was in for the penis reduction, the quack asked what I wanted to do with all that excess foreskin. I got him to stretch it down over my legs at the front then from behind, drag my scrotie down over my calves and seal it off. He got a bit creative and took my ulnas and radii to foreshorten my arms and used those bones to create a pretty impressive pair of flippers.
I take 7 hour tanning sessions which have rendered my skin sort of blotchy and I finish the effect by eating several whole tuna each day so I'm coming in at about 480 pounds and look for all the world like a leopard seal.
My favourite new pastime is waddling around at Seaworld scaring the shit out of the penguins.

I thought I'd made love to a mermaid once but it turns out I woke up in the dugong enclosure with blue balls and a massive hangover.
same night I thought I'd nailed a nun but it was a penguin.
Since then we've turned it into adelie routine.

So you are more of a mere man rather than a mermaid in the classical sense?

    No! A fucking seal.
    I told you before.
A strange side effect: My (reduced sized)penis is now quite flattened courtesy of all that clapping.
Bark and clap, bark and clap..it's what I do.

So you had facial features that were similar to the leopard seal to begin with did you? Your situation may have been congenital then. Have you ever had a DNA test? Do you know your biological mother?

No, I started out quite handsome well if you'd call the love child of Kerry Packer and Ernie Els handsome but the tuna diet has kinda bloated my face a wee bit.

My biological Mum is Esther Williams.

People can get plastic surgery for many of those things (horns, dermal mods, etc), but it's not currently possible to do anything that requires large amounts of articulation, rewiring (possibly adding to) nervous system, or building true anatomical support structures (example - angel-like wings, prehensile tail, etc)

U might be able to put a fish and woman together but tissue rejection is a major problem. And even if it attaches, how ill she control it?
But with prosthetics, yes, u can.
