Wow. Pseudoscience apparently receives a second "sticky" topic. What's it like to finally have a rival of that sort in OtF, Alternative Theories? Is that a bead of concern rolling down the forehead?

I think they are. I saw the glueetrons in a puddle of glue that dripped on the floor.

The fact that victor can and does post any nonsense that enters his malfunctioning brain without so much as a comment from any moderator just shows how this site has degenerated over the past year into one of the primary woo woo nonsense sites on the internet.

The initial post is SO batshit crazy I hope Mr Spinoza is a parody, a false personality created by someone to see how insane someone must act before being called on it. The alternative is too unpleasant to consider. I spend so much of my life around informed rational people that I cannot see how a real person with such a mindset could function in society. How can someone like that grasp the necessary material to pass a university exam? Or any kind of exam...

So then, by extension, EVERY pressure change involves the 'coming into existence' of your .. whatevertheyrecalled thingies.

So when we have a weather pressure change from high pressure to low pressure system, the atmosphere is full of 'em ?

But this IS the right page for it - psuedoscience, on the fringe, etc ? This kind of stuff seems to eventually be religated to here, so what's wrong with that ?

I find Victors emm, stuff, entertaining sometimes.

But victor's garbage isn't 'the fringe' or pseudoscience, it's out and out nonsense. If you're entertained by him, let him post it in a joke thread, or a thread for the mentally incontinent.

I thought most scientists would feel psuedoscience, etc, is mainly nonsense.

I didn't say his stuff is funny in a 'joke' way. I am more so entertained by it to the extent that it's an interesting observation of juvenile obstinancy. It is even more interesting in this regard, given that he is not a juvenile (I recall him saying he's 40 years old ?). It piques my interest to observe .. "how's he going to avoid THAT truth' .. "how's he going to squirm out of THAT one" .. etc.

Also, I haven't quite put my finger on it, but I often get the feeling that there's something fictitious about the whole 'Victor' thing, and that too is interesting.

  19. The idea is to create a layer of particles of vacuum with glue.

You have to inhale the glue deeply, it helps to see them.
