some of the most undesirable people on earth are the ones that make you take a good hard look at yourself.

    so, define "undesirable".

Tim, I like you... You backed me up when I was a noob, and attacked by a mod as being a sock.
Hell, my actual sanity, was called into question.
    I will always remember this.

But, people are people... We will always posture and disagree.

It's just human nature. Now, some do it because they actually disagree, others, for the sake of argument.

What we have here at SF, is a combination of both.

Are there some posters, and yes, mods, I wish would go away? Yes sir!

But, I have no power over those decisions... Neither do you.

We can't change the world, can only adapt...

    Sorry for ranting... Long day.

Except for gettin rid of some mods or posters... personaly... i perty much agree wit what you said an Gremmies post above... an also to you'r post... certan mods have caused me to take a good hard look at the mods perspective... an i get the impression they are over burdoned wit undesirable posters... so its actualy the mods definition of undesirable im signin a blank check for an encouragin that they cash.!!!

Just to be clear here... I never said "get rid of", I said wished would go away.

    Absolute power, corrupts absolutely...

I don't believe any ONE mod, should have the power to permaban a poster.

A warning, sure... A temp ban, yeah OK. IMO, any ban over seven days, should be a joint decision.

Now, I understand there are fora, that only have one mod... In these cases, any ban over seven days, should be approved by Administration... Yeah, that's right, not a supermod... Admin...

    Just my humble opinion.

WTF? I think my retinas just went south...

So, let me get this straight... If I don't like psychedelic ponies, I get absorbed by the Borg?...

Lol, blame my 7 year old niece... I sat down to watch an episode with her cause of the music... I stayed because the animation was well done, the voice acting was superb, and the music was excellent, especially for a kids show. They also toss in little nods to adults (John de Lance, who played Q in Star Trek, Weird AL Yankovic, Tara Strong of Power Puff Girls (Bubbles) , Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Rugrats (Dil Pickles), Teen Titans (Raven) Final Fantasy (Rikku) and more, for example have been on the show. DeLancie loved it, even made a documentary on it, Tara Strong voices one of the Mane Six, Twilight Sparkle)

If you have never watched it, MLP: FIM (Gen 4 of MLP) is really quite good.

PS - my avatar is a vector of a drawing my wife made of us as ponies - Silver Maelstrom and Princess Ariana

No Tim... Reread his post and think of WWII...

What he said is actually quite profound, and applies to this thread.

"Undesirables" were dealt with... They were "tagged"... Later bagged.

I should've gotten what Trippy meant right away, but didn't.

    I'm slipping...

Pink triangles, and yellow stars... How the hell, did I miss that?
