LOL, Princess Celestia is one of the two ruling Princess of MLP (the other being Princess Luna) - together, they raise the Sun and Moon (respectively) for Equus, the planet upon which My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic takes place.

    Oh... Great.

So, I get no hug. The name was kinda hot...

    Now, I hear it's a fictional character...

Yeah, mess with the sick dude... Nice.

Now I have to go next door, and kick my neighbors dog.

He's a pit bull... He is definitely gonna hurt me...

    Thanks...

Yeah, Teletubbies are just...*shiver* Those things need to be purged with holy fire... a good case of kill it with fire before it lays eggs if ya ask me.
The previous generation MLP was kinda... freaky... but the new one, spearheaded by Lauren Faust (who created Fosters Home and worked on Codename: Kids Next Door and PowerPuff Girls), is actually good

Talking of Sciforum betterment, I'd like to volunteer to be the moderator for the Physics and Math section.

Trippy is a chemist, and I'm sure he has his hands full with the Chemistry section. I know a lot of physics and I'm very civil, plus I have good experience of moderation.

For my own betterment, I request I get permanently banned.

More serious though, how many forums are you banned from?

Trippy sounds a lot like AN and CptBork, but I digress...

    Hello Farsight..

Umm... It is very kind of you to offer, but we are fine at the moment.

    Thank you...

A handful. I was banned from physicsforums years back for multiple logons. Alcohol had something to do with it. And naivety. That's about the only forum where the ban was fair. At scienceforums.net Swanson banned me because I know more physics than he does. He really doesn't like anybody picking up him on his mistakes. It was somewhat similar at Cosmoquest. Look, here's the thread: http://cosmoquest.org/forum/showthread.php?96659-Einstein-s-Gravity/page7 . Remember that one? You commented. If you're good and you know you're stuff, the trick is to throw two hundred questions at you, then suspend you for not answering questions. Shameful.

Bells: noted. You guys keep it in mind, won't you?

I found Swans-on-tea to be very intelligent. He seemed to be of James R. caliber...

    DH was awesome too.

I was banned there too, mostly for speaking truth to Mooeypooey... lol

I don't think Swanson is much like James R, not a bit. James R is one of the good guys. See his utter sincerity here in posts 11 19 and 20. Swanson just isn't like that. His physics knowledge is poor, especially his relativity. And if you know something he doesn't, he doesn't say that's interesting and ask questions about it. Instead he's bristling because you've shown him up. And woe betide you if you actually correct him. He will ban you, with some specious excuse. I got banned for correcting him back in 2011, and others have similar I was banned there too stories to tell. Funnily enough only a couple of weeks ago I saw something there by chance, and registered afresh as JohnDuffield and asked for permission to speak. It was not forthcoming. He banned me again immediately, as a "sockpuppet". He knows that my physics knowledge is now vastly superior to his, and that I would absolutely demolish him in any science debate.
