It probably is ghosts that fabricated this glitch on MR's behalf. Now they have taken over you and are using your body to speak to us.

Hello ghosts! It's about time you made yourself available for communication to the general public! I'm thinking you must not show yourself to nonbelievers because you never stop by my house for a visit. Everybody else has a real ghost story to tell, but I've never seen one. Go to your profile and look around for "signature".

I misspoke. Click your name on the header. A panel comes up with the options there.

 

i looked through everything.
on my end all i have is,
Status Message
Custom Title
Show people's signatures with their messages

maybe it's a post count thing.

no, i do not have that option on my end, it starts with contact detials.
for some reason signature is not available for me.
also, my infractions tab is missing.
now i have no clue on how much i misbehaved.
