Wanted to post my gravity equation with an animated gif that shows my arguments for my equation. Willing to debate the equation's usefulness, but it seems important to me; because the identity gives us a framework to tie all the constants together, and it allows us to jump from equation to equation. It shows up on my screen. Here's the direct link to the gif. http://i.giphy.com/3rgXBDNE9ripqXbkOY.gif
Mathematically my expression is a true statement. How do you know it is meaningless expression? Can you give me an example of a mathematically true statement that is also meaningless? In my mind, I could stick other equations into the expression, like E=MC^2 and would still be a true statement. It is a deep question, does a true statement have to have meaning? Do we have to have understanding in order to use it?
Please explain how my equation is childish numerology. For example, if it was numerology then the ratio would not be same value for different number systems nor other unit systems. Could be wrong, but I believe my work works for any unit system because it is a ratio. I see my work is like finding a new way to sticking a bunch of lego blocks together and saying hey that looks cool. Maybe it is childish, but maple likes it Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
If you look closesly at my post you will notice that I did not say anything about you equation because I have yet to see the equation. Could you write out your equation? It certainly cannot be that difficult.
Well, not really -- you fudged a little to call an "almost" equal. But even if we assume you could do that, all you did is show that 1 = 1. Again, so what? Because it doesn't do anything. Most mathematically true statements are meaningless as they relate to reality. Yes, that is a very good analogy.
10390*R0^73*w0^73*e0^2/(23*c0^68*h0^74*A0^2*N0^73*G0) = 1 c is the Speed of Light. h is the Planck constant. A is the Ampere constant. R is the Gas constant. G is the Universal Gravity constant. N is Avogadro's number. e is the Elementary Charge constant. w is the Wien's displacement constant. You can use maple to check it. with(ScientificConstants); c0 := evalf(Constant(c), 100); c0u := GetUnit(Constant(c)); h0 := evalf(Constant(Planck_constant), 100); h0u := GetUnit(Constant(Planck_constant)); G0 := evalf(Constant(Newtonian_constant_of_gravitation), 100); G0u := GetUnit(Constant(Newtonian_constant_of_gravitation)); w0 := evalf(Constant(Wien_displacement_law_constant), 100); w0u := GetUnit(Constant(Wien_displacement_law_constant)); R0 := evalf(Constant(R), 100); R0u := GetUnit(Constant(R)); N0 := evalf(Constant(Avogadro_constant), 100); N0u := GetUnit(Constant(Avogadro_constant)); A0 := 1; A0u := Unit('A'); e0 := evalf(Constant(e), 100); e0u := GetUnit(Constant(e)) Sorry y'all don't like my work, to me it looks cool. It's only a universal ratio... I like my way of writing 1=1 Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
It's not a statement, nor is it mathematical. It's an outcry perhaps, but nothing more. Because it contains no information that applies to physical reality. That's absurd. That's because your mind is neither interested in math nor truth. No, it's exceedingly shallow. The fact that x/x=1 is true does not confer more meaning than "x/x=1". Adding useless random information does not add meaning, and buries the meaning "x/x=1", rendering it meaningless. Since it's useless gibberish that's moot. All of your posts are gibberish, therefore moot. Whatever game you are playing is nothing more than an infantile passive aggressive attack on the goals of the site, which are to promote intelligent discussion. Presumably you will soon be banned. Meanwhile I'll put you on ignore.
Let me point out that my units do work. It isn't 16 amps, it's 2 amps and there are no ounces. Unit('m'^2*'kg'/('s'^2*'mol'*'K'))^73*Unit('m'*'K')^73*Unit('C')^2/(Unit('m'/'s')^68*Unit('m'^2*'kg'/'s')^74*Unit('A')^2*Unit(1/'mol')^73*Unit('m'^3/('kg'*'s'^2))) Cut and paste the units above into maple and hit simplify. The result should be '1'. Hey, come on over to my new thread. http://www.sciforums.com/threads/why-is-there-a-problem-with-quantum-gravity.143570/ And I'll try again to impress you with my abilities. Note, I had said Hamiltonian instead of Schrödinger equation in the new thread, my brain confuses the two, but I should have said Schrödinger equation.
