The images have no been altered by previous posters, they merely double clicked on a new game and hit the 'esc' button, which essentially freezes the time. Current Times Just discovered what a mind bender this game is. So far best times are B=12 sec I=70 sec E= 348 sec Wondering how to get times down. Mac
minesweeper best times Best times thus far on new computer: Beg - 4 secs Int - 26 secs exp - 119 secs old comp - 3/24/117 saved records on my computer if anyone cares. I play every morning before heading to work, every night before turning off comp. Play w/o flagging mines (got boring), just memorize them as I go. I'm sure there are others much faster that haven't posted.
Interesting, at first I thought your comment was rude and condecending, but I thought about it and realized you were absolutely right. I played faster, and faster and guess what? My new time for expert level is now 266sec. Not bad? Mac
Pure minesweeper To all true minesweepers, b - 4 I - 32 e - 53 I rarely ever play beginner or intermediate. For a long time all I played was custom at 125. It took quite a while to beat 125, but my custom_125 score is: 228. I'll probably play intermediate more just to get my overall scores down some more. I've played the game for about 5 years. Try custom @ 125 and see just how tough it is. Once you learn the basics, then it is all about memorizing the different patterns through practice, practice, practice until your friends just accept the fact you are addict needing the minesweeper fix. The most important thing is understanding that Jesus would play minesweeper. He might even bet my score. Minemaster Jim
